So How Do You Sleep At Night?

I tend to Sleep Naked I’m more comfortable that way. I been doing this since I was 7 even in winter. When I was living in Cleveland.

Since i was little it’s always been the same, just underwear. Think its less restrictive and i can move around easier in bed.

I used to sleep in boxer-briefs but I got these pet cats now. I don't like cats normally but I got them. And they claw up my chest and abs if I don't put some layers of clothing on. So now I sleep in clothes.

I sleep nude exclusively, and have since I was a little kid. It's far more comfortable. I'm also from a cold location (It was -24F here, not even factoring in wind chill, last night), and I still sleep nude no matter how cold it is. Your body is actually a lot better at regulating heat when you're nude under blankets than if you're clothed or partially clothed under blankets.

If I don't sleep naked, I wake up naked. It's a challenge when I sleep in a hostel... Twice I woke up completely naked in the morning with people right next to me!
