I would not worry to have gotten her pregnant but more that you gave her some nasty STD/STI or vice versa.
I would have yourself checked by a GP and take immediate action, just in case. But if you infected her, knowing that you are the carrier of a venereal disease, she may sue you for endangering her life because you failed to inform her that you are STD/STI carrier. The same applies the other way round by the way, whereas a client should know of the risks associated with having unprotected intercourse with a sex worker.

You should be more concerned that you now have a high chance of an std. A sex worker than let's random guys cum inside her unprotected for cash is probably riddled with disease, you should get tests for hiv etc.

How long ago was it? It can take months to show side effects from some stds. Have you had no sex education in your whole life? How can you be so ignorant?
