My boyfriend doesn't spank me when I actually do something wrong cuz he knows I like it. He usually only does it with stupid little things or if I touch him inappropriately in public, then he tells me that if I don't stop he is going to spank me. But if he legitimately wants me to stop then he won't tell me he is going to spank me cuz I like being spanked.

I've heard of these types of weird arrangements. However, I'm not into it and if anyone thinks they can just lay a hand on me out of nowhere, that would be their first and last time they'll ever try something like that.
... I personally believe in rational discussion, we are supposedly adults, after all. If she spends too much money, she should start budgeting. If she drinks and drives, then she is a horrible person from the core and would prefer not to associate with someone like that.
It's very important that you have her consent to the arrangement first. Otherwise, it's assault.
