First boys at 16 are obsessed with sex in general. Its something in the genetic coding. We are programed want sex, because apparently someone came with idea that if wanted it so much, that be more likely to procreate... you know preserver the human race.
Guys only talk about having sex with hot girl's, because no guy is going admit to his friends that he'd do it with and ugly or fat chick. Adolescent males think that makes less manly or something.

So yes most guys on here might be pervs, but in general... 90% of guys are never going to be on here... so do not assume too much. Most of the types of girls 16 year-old boys find hot are usually not hot, but they think so because they're coming into their sexual development and are easily turned on. We were all there once, it's normal.
