The most common type of plastic surgery are breast implants. In 2014 alone 286,694 Women went under for this procedure. Being a DD myself I can definitely say there are many disadvantages to having large breasts
1. Your back always hurts
Yes back pain or even chest wall pain. In many women with large breasts your breast tissue can weight as much as 8 pounds. That's like carrying a newborn on your chest daily.
2. Bras are expensive
It's bad enough that you have to carry these puppies around on a daily basis but when you actually want to find a good, supportive bra that is cute you will have to shell out some cash or succumb to buying a granny bra for a cheaper price.
3. String bikini's? Yeah right!
Summer is right around the corner and the pools will be opening soon. It would be great to find a cute string bikini but when you have large breasts you risk one boob falling out, only covering the nipple or getting charged with indecent exposure. One again you have to find a supportive bikini top that covers you up.
4. Going bra-less is only a luxury you will experience inside the house
When you are a cute A or B cup you can go out without wearing a bra in almost anything. Being a larger bust people can clearly tell you aren't wearing bra.
5. You either muffin-top out of your cute bras or graduate to a thick-strap full-coverage
There is never an in between. Either you spill out of your cute bras or you graduate to the thick, 4 back strap option bras
6. People think you are easy
Apparently if you have large breasts and show some type of boobage then some people may assume you are wanting attention, trying to show off or be a slut. Truth it is pretty dang hard to pick out stuff that fits you correctly. You either have to go a size larger because it fits you everywhere else except your bust or get something your size which can push the girls up or out.
7. The "my eyes are up here" phenomenon
When you are talking to guy but he ends up talking to your boobs or looking down often as if someone doesn't notice.
8. And last but not least there is the boob sweat
As summer is fast approaching and the temps start rising you run the risk of boob sweat. The collection of sweat right under your breasts. There is even deodorant made to stop boob sweat or you can place tissue under them. Lovely right?
Now go and appreciate your breasts no matter the size :)

60 48Many of these issues don't apply to women with implants though. Implants are lighter than actual breast tissue, and they don't sag. That takes out like 6/8 of your points lol.
I never said anything regarding implants. This is for natural breasts. The implant mention in the beginning was meant for getting larger breasts :)

Even though the weight is less, the breasts still need support and to be held properly, and for that size, nice bras are expensive. So number 2 still applies. String bikinis will not properly hold them while active, so number 3 still applies. Number 5 will still apply. Numbers 6 and 7 are no different if the extra is from implants, so they still apply. So 5 of the 8 points do still apply.
Finally someone summed it all up. I can relate to this on a high level.

We don't look at boobs cause we only want to stare at your boobs rather than look in your eyes. We just can't help it. Trust me, some girls have very pretty eyes.
Also, please wear string bikinis more.

What do you mean by that? The bikini will literally snap?
Meaning they won't hold the boobs right. It stays in place for fake boobs because those things are hard as a rock. My boobs actually move. I would be popping out for one. I also need an underwire because the weight literally hurts the back of my neck without one.
Nip slips, too riding up, comig undone, and possibly snapping.

Today, I tighten the strap on my shoulders and thought it would be ok as they wouldn't slip off, but after a while it was pressing in to my circulation!. I can relate to most of those things, missing my eyes, back pain the whole big girls' things.

Yeah it's not all fun and games with large breasts. But #1 can be solved by simply training your back muscles at the gym.

Sorry, I'm not an expert on that but I know from a few female gym friends that it has helped them.
Extremely minor disadvantages. The main advantage is being able to get any man you want and persuade men to do anything you want.
that's a disadvantage. ugly girls only get guys who actually love them for who they are, now that's an advantage.

I have large breasts and my boyfriend prefers small. You can't get any guy you want just by your breasts... especially not a man of quality

Most men prefer larger breast size, I hate to break it to you. Or at least a good percentage of men do. Are boobs the most important thing a woman needs to have? No. Boobs are probably analagous to the height of a man. Many women prefer a guy who is 6'2. My position was never that you can just be a walking pair of tits, which it seems like you guys are saying. Its just a dumb strawman though. Big boobs certainly add something attractive to a woman just like height adds something attractive to a man. Many men will just take whatever they can get though--if a woman needs to hear the guy likes small breast, then surely the man will say whatever just to make their girlfriend feel better and more appreciated. A guy who has a girlfriend with small tits isn't going to be like "hey, big boobs are so awesome, I love them a lot. They make a woman much more attractive." Just like how a girl isn't going to tell their short boyfriend how hot they find tall men.
Oh, well that's certainly more reasonable. As long as you realize that there are men out there who actually do like small boobs better (example: the OP's boyfriend)... just like there are girls like me who genuinely prefer shorter guys over taller ones. ;>

Yes! I tried jogging and jumping jacks with a bras AND sports bras on. It still hurt like hell.
To continue on with the expenses... if you also just so happen to have a small back it's near impossible to find a bra. Like my ribcage measures at 28 inches but I have to go up 4 inches as no places make bras in that size. Like it is rare to find a good bra that sells in the 28 band. And when you do, the price is like close to a 100 dollars. ( I wear 32 K bras, even though they are loose in the band ( yay for sister sizes)

I mean; if you have them that's cool, but stuffing a crap ton of plastic in there to try and get bigger chesticles seems illogical.

If some girls are willing to dish out 70+ dollars for a single pair of shoes that don't even do their job well, what's so bad about dishing out the same for a bra that's actually comfortable?
Key word is some girls, most girls don't spend that much on shoes.
With shoes no matter the size it's typically the same price. With bras anything after a C cup you will be paying more and it's much more! It would be nice to have 1 set price no matter the size
@been_waiting All the girls I see outside seem to have fancy shoes, but I guess Florida isn't the best place to find girls that pay for their own shoes. @ButtHoleSandwich That's because shoe materials scale easier. Leather, rubber, and plastic are all strong enough to support the heaviest of humans, yet are cheap enough to be used in smaller shoes, where such strength isn't needed to do the job. Whatever the hell bras are made of, it probably can't support 8 pounds all day and still be cheap, soft, and malleable enough to be used in smaller bras. You probably aren't going to be rubbing your breasts on rocks, asphalt, and concrete enough to need the toughness anyways. If they did choose a price for every size of a bra, it's most likely going to be the price of one of the most expensive sizes. While this might not be bad for heavy-chested girls, it's going to hit flat-chested girls like a ton of breast- I mean bricks.
You forgot running with big boobs. My size 34D boobs always want to come out of my bra or my straps come down because they go everywhere when I run. Its sucks but I would not trade my boobs for anything.

Last year’s front runner, liposuction, had 313,011 procedures in 2012 compared with 325,332 procedures in 2011" "Male breast reduction or gynecomastia had a very healthy growth from 17,645 procedures in 2011 to 22,736 in 2012 (29%). The vagina is also gaining some surgical notoriety. Vaginal rejuvenation grew from 2,142 procedures in 2011 to 3,521 last year.

My sister and my friend both considered breast reduction surgery. They felt back pain often. Neither went through with it, however.
