The girl I fingered ignores me. Help?

I have known this girl for 8 years now. I fingered he whilst she had a boyfriend in December and everything was fine in fact we were much more affectionate to each other. Then time went by the at the end of late mate I fingered her again. Only this time she didn't have a boyfriend and she's blocked me on social media as well as ignoring me in real life. This makes things real awkward considering i get a lift with her everyday.
I don't know why she has suddenly blocked me, I didn't spam her or anything like that, and I have even less idea why she's not acknowledging my existence. Oh yeah just to throw this into the mix our families are really close and I really like her :/.

So two questions:
Did I do something wrong?
What do I proceed to do know?

Well.. seeing as how you fingered her while she was already in a relationship, she probably cut you off because she's ashamed of herself for doing that and has no desire to stay in touch with someone who participated in that.

Ok her relationship was at a very weak point and they broke up the day after the first time with her. But why would she then be more lovey dovey with me and get me do it again. And it was her getting me to do it

Whether the relationship was at a 'weak point' or not is beside the point. Nothing justifies cheating. Sure, it's scummy of her as well but perhaps she's realized how shitty her behaviour was and realizes that if she wants to turn over a new leaf, cutting the person who participated in those activities out of her life is not a bad place to start.

yeah, pretty much. You don't owe her anything, especially if she's choosing to be the first one to 'ignore' you, regardless of why that may be.

yes. I mean you could continue hoping she's still interested despite her behaviour in no way indicating she cares about you in the slightest. Though do know that, when she eventually starts dating someone making her lack of interest in you undeniable, you'll have nobody to blame for the heartbreak except yourself.
