Call them n record your conversation with something that u can clearly hear the recording. I recorded a conversation with a digital voice recorder on phone n couldn't hear the othr person. Call someone n test device.

Then call him, record talk from start. Say "you stole my n this was in it" for example. Tell police u hav a recording. Tell them u want him arrested. It may not be a good idea to go to him.
