You need some coaching. I recommend you look up corey wayne on youtube. While it's tough for a beta to morph into the alpha you can RANGER UP some of your shortcomings. @Oram52 Getting physically fit and tougher helps. However it also put me in catch 22. I'm a naturally very sensitive person. I absolutely HATE this about myself, but it's what I was born with. I have learned to deal with it. However it has given me some advantages also. People find me likeable and very trustworthy. With few regretful exceptions I don't take advantage of it. I found that this helped me in business and non romantic professional endeavors. Back to MMA. Fighting exposed some natural tough guy talents I never had the confidence to exude when I was younger. Many people were shocked to see me beating the shit out of guys in the ring (practice and competition). THAT felt good, very good. However nobody taught me VERBAL martial arts. I was never good at verbal confrontations. There is no training for that, maybe there should be? The best thing you can do is minimize beta characteristics. Corey Wayne helps you do exactly that.
Just remember that the person who less interested in a romantic endeavor has MORE power. Show confidence in whatever you do and who you are. However when pursuing a girl you have to, HAVE to make her believe that you don't care if she likes you or not. This is much easier said than done especially for young guys. You are not only get natural biological impulses to mate but our stupid ass society is telling you that you are not cool/masculine if you are not getting laid. Sex does not make you more of man.
