This is a take of my opinion on the most attractive famous women of the 20th and 21st century. Note that only the top 20 are in order the rest I don't have in numerical order.

While most people may not even know who this woman is she is quite attractive. She may not have been no model even at her prime, but I guess what I liked most about her was the sexy curly hair look and nice retro sexy clothed body. She also played in most of her roles as that sexy bossy corporate bitch most noted in her movie role Working Girl (1987). She is definitely a legend in the Hollywood realm as well still chugging away and playing movie roles to this date at the age of 67 such as Cabin in the Woods (2011).

The surprising thing here is that this woman is an MMA fighter. I am sure I could sit here and find plenty of hot Polish models, but what really attracts me about her is that she is so slim and slumber and has those ass kicking skills behind that cute nice body shaped face.

I don't think anyone here will know who she is maybe only the middle eastern people on here. I try to keep this list with names that at least a good amount of people on here know since this site does mainly have people from western cultures, but I just had to add this gorgeous Lebanese musician. Seriously I find no flaws in her looks or body what's so ever she is like the perfect looking middle eastern woman designed in a laboratory.

This woman has one of the nicest legs I've ever seen I mean she may as well have been in the Boots are made for Walking Nancy Sinatra video and an amazing facial structure and sexy choices in fashion lol.

A very beautiful aesthetic healthy photogenic looking woman even without make up. I think she easily earns the top 50 position. The only thing I don't like about her is that she acts stupid when in reality she actually isn't. Its a really annoying persona that some women try to play. She is like that stupid girl who us guys can't stand, but are still physically attracted to. She is a combination of cute and sexy.

What I like about this woman is that she has like the perfect body and such a sexy face. She has the right amount of curves everywhere and her thick eyebrows just really work well for her. What makes her even more attractive is the amount of women who try to shame her or shame men for finding her attractive. I just find it so funny how obvious some women show their jealousy.

Started her debut in filming as a child really making it big in movies roles as kid such as Firestarter. Then as she got older we really got to see her blossom into a beautiful woman. Playing movies roles such as E.T, Scream, Never been Kissed, Donnie Darko, and famous T.V. show Charlies Angles.

An MMA fighter fighting at the 115lbs female straw-weight division also in the UFC. This girl is a combination of cute and sexy who also won runner up in Dancing with the Stars.

39. Paula Patton

This amazingly strong bone structured mesmerizing sexy bombshell is just so beautiful I just had to include her. She is best known for being in the film Hitch and The 2016 film Warcraft based off of the video game.

Definitely one of the most memorable female figures in the 80's. This woman captured and solidified her position as one of the biggest symbols of disco music. What I like most about her is she doesn't look like the most inviting type of person, but her submissive persona is a huge turn on. She especially played that role outstandingly in her music video "Self Control."

Won the WWE 2006 search contest and former WWE star and champion. Also a former model she is currently married. Those ass and legs are just so amazing along with amazing jawline, eyes, and hair lol.

Another MMA fighter also fighting in the UFC she was a former UFC 135lbs bantamweight UFC champion. Very sexy woman she has her feminine side and also her masculine side when fighting and still looks feminine while fighting. Just an all around nice facial and body structure to go on top of a cupcake personality hence her nickname.

35. Sarah Silverman

Born into a Jewish family background and having had suffered from depression earlier throughout her lively-hood this woman rocks her pretty face and has a funny sense of humor to go along with it. She is a comedian, writer, and preforms comedy sketches.

34. Mila Kunis

Born in Ukraine, she moved to Los Angeles California at the age of 7 and went to acting class before debut in commercials. She got her real big break and made it onto the scene when she got the role of Jackie Burkhart from That 70's Show. She might not be that type of woman with the nice big boobs or even average sized boobs, but she is amazingly beautiful and has that somewhat dusky middle eastern look.

Former WWE women's champion and model. Made her debut with two male tag partners playing as heels. What I like about her is that she is so good at playing the role of the bitch yet I can't help but feel so infatuated with her she is just too sexy. She has an amazing ass and legs and most known for her famous leg split. Her clothes are really sexy as well.

32. Fergie
The Top 50 Most Attractive Women of the 20th and 21st Century (Part 1)

Most of you know her as Fergie, but did you know her real name is Stacy Ferguson? While this woman is sexy and doesn't really need any other reason to be labeled as hot it is important to note that this sexy mixed raced blonde is more than a pretty face. She used to be a spelling Bee champion and a straight A student. She has amazing rapping skills and quick witted. What makes this even more amazing is that she grew up with very strict religious catholic parents. She has the whole package including an amazing legendary ass or according to her humps ;P.

  • I have some favorites here too.
    But for me, Katy Perry is the 1st women among all the women you have posted. She is my favorite pop singer, one of the main singers i listen to, she is full of light with a wonderful personality, she is beautiful, gorgeous and sexy. Her voice gives me chills and i am her supporter since 2003-4.

    She is number 1 for me :)

    • There is NO DEBATE. physical appearance equals "VISUAL" physical features that are tasteful. You can dance around and say "Oh, she's my wife and the most beautiful woman in the world" all you want but it doesn't change the reality. And while we are on the topic, how the heck can you take katy perry's music as a fan and then turn her into the most beautiful woman in the world. Her music is not humble at all. It's about going to parties, drinking, and other random pop shallow concepts.
