I can see many men having at least the thought crossing their mind, but I'm not sure that as many as 7 out of 10 would confess about fantasizing about forcing themselves on a woman - in my opinion, much less would confess to it.
On the other hand, when I went online looking for data, I found wildly different results, with the only consistent one being a study claiming that 45.8% of the interviewed men confessed to rape fantasies. At the same time, when I asked her how many women actually confessed to said fantasies - not as victims, but as perpetrators - she said that only two of her patients shared something of the like, and one of them had said fantasies not on a man, but another woman - which is somewhat consistent with the data I found online, where polls gave that roughly 10% of the women that voted claimed they fantasized about forcing themselves on someone else.

Well she is a therapist so chances are she’s talking to people who are mostly not quite normal or going through some emotional struggles so I don’t think this can be compared to the average man necessarily.
It wouldn't matter if it were 100%; fantasies are not reality and it will never be appropriate to prosecute someone for what they think.
Actions are the only thing that count with regard to criminality.

I think rape scenarios are fantasized about by both sexes in pretty equal numbers. It's a normal part of human sexuality. The important thing is keeping fantasy separate from reality.

My opinion on this? It deserves 0 airtime and is a waste of resources to even bother reading. 7/10 of her patients? Bet she doesn’t have more than 20 patients from a town of 5000.

Well, I think there is a difference between rape fantasies and actual rape. My boyfriend likes to role play that he’s forcing me and I resist a little bit to sell it. Heck, I even get into it sometimes. I don’t think he would ever actually want to hurt me or anyone else though.
