When I was in puberty and going through my sexual precociousness, masturbation became a recurrent wonder for me. I wanted to do it, but wondered if it was really okay. By definition I am a “Christian” and grew up in a biblically spiritual household, so part of my wonder was would it be sinful for me to masturbate, but I also had big wonder about it being healthy or not. My mom said she really wasn’t sure if she thought masturbation was really evil either. So looking for answers I would spend obsessive hours at the library reading through adolescent body development books and also secretly combing through adult sexuality books for the answer, and trying not to get caught.
Just about every source I’d read said masturbation is an okay, normal human behavior as part of our sexuality and sexual development, and is the safest way to have sexual pleasure. The books would also detail old terms like “self-abuse” and old wives tales about how you’ll go blind from masturbating or grow hair on your palms and all that stuff, as a way to make it sound like it’s crazy to believe it really is bad. So at 14, when my sexual hormones were really raging, I couldn’t take it anymore and started masturbating. And it felt good. I couldn’t stop. Many times I would masturbate 3 times a day. And other times I would feel guilty for how much I was doing it and needed to stop, so I would go periods without it. But through the years I mostly maintained the frequent habit, no longer doing 3 times a day anymore but still pretty regularly.
Over time though I learned that there is a such thing as too much masturbation, or what is called ‘over-masturbation,’ and how some of those old wives tales actually are not that far fetched. A lot of people think it’s funny or ridiculous for anyone to believe that masturbating can be dangerous or harmful to you or to worry about it, but it really can be. I one day decided to Google ‘too much masturbation’ and found quite a lot of stuff about it, that happens to both men and women, that I want to share. Maybe you’ve wondered why you feel funny lately, or tired, or off balance in some way, or notice even some physical problems. If you’re someone who masturbates a lot, these things could be why.
The dangers of excessive masturbation for males…
Hair loss
Some time back I noticed that the hair at the corners of my hair line by my temples had seemed thinner, as if it was the start of a receding hair line. My grandfather, my dad, my brother, and other men in our family have never suffered with hair loss, so when I started noticing that with me I wondered why. Was it stress from everything I’ve had to deal with in the last some years? Is my diet not as good as I thought? Am I not getting enough sleep? Those things actually were the least of it.
Masturbating excessively can lead to hair loss in men. And that was beginning to be the problem with me, and one of the symptoms I found when I’d Googled ‘too much masturbation.’ I’ve often wondered why it seems to be that so many young guys in these times are balding so soon, and now I wonder if it’s because of the American male’s chronic whacking habit. Hair loss happens because your hormones are in a deficiency from over-masturbation that causes stunted growth in hair follicles, and lucky for me I caught it early.
Chest pain
Chest pain is also another symptom I had once, and noticed it after having really heavy masturbation periods. This too is something I found other men on the forums complaining about, and is documented as an adverse affect of over-masturbation. It worried me when I first noticed it, but when I gave masturbation a rest for a while and drank some wine one night before bed, I did fine after that.
Blurry vision or eye floaters
This is where the old wives tale isn’t entirely false either. Excessive masturbation can also cause vision problems for men. For me it was the eye floaters thing, those really annoying foggy spots you will see in your eyes sometimes. As a teen I definitely noticed getting them from beating off so much, but they usually went away after awhile. But some time ago I had one that was the worst ever and stayed for some weeks.
Over-masturbation can cause eyesight problems because the hormones in your body are going through a terrible imbalance that even affects the blood cells in your eyes.
Depleted body fluids
One of the things that too much beating off can really hurt males with is the heavy loss of semen and its nutrients. When you’re masturbating several times a day added to several times a week, you deplete your bodily fluids and stress your hormones, sending them into a terrible frenzy and danger zone where your body now suffers a deficiency that will take a long time to recover from.
Infertility/sexual dysfunctions
I haven’t experienced these, but they are said to be another adverse effect of too much masturbation, and victimizes both men and women. Over-masturbation can kill your sperm and your outlook on sex, making you feel like real sex is boring, or make women sexually inhibited. This is because of it’s psychological effect. Self-pleasuring really can be a form of mental abuse on yourself.
Other symptoms I read about are fatigue, loss of energy, a feeling of being hung over (probably from the drugging sensation of orgasm), prostate problems, involuntary semen release after urinating or having a bowl movement, poor sleep, nervousness, porn addiction, and no interest in real sex.
The dangers of excessive masturbation for females…
Science and the media still tends to be more biased about female sexuality and has basically taught women that it’s mostly men who suffer from sexual dysfunctions. Our modern day sexperts, feminists, YouTubers, and authors are still on a kick of over-glamorizing female multiple orgasms, squirting, and the right for women to sleep around “like men,” but won’t really teach women much reality. Although doctors and researchers have talked about sexual dysfunctions in women - and you actually can find out about it if you Google it - the main stream media is not really going to educate women about it unless it falls under situations of rape, or if they can still somehow find a way to blame it on the “sexual repression” of women by society over the years, or if they can still try to imply that women are sexually superior to men in some way at the same time.
However, with masturbation, there are also many cases of it affecting women negatively like with men. Most are the same as men's but some are different. Females have been documented as not touching themselves as much as men, but the average girl and woman is just as much of a masturbator as a man.
Damage to the clitoris
One of the things I found in reading about over-masturbation in women is how it can desensitize the clitoris or cause pain and soreness to the point where even wearing underwear is uncomfortable for women. Over-masturbation can damage nerve endings in the clitoris and even cause deformity. I’ve heard chronic female masturbators call in to late night adult radio programs in total panic about how they noticed their clit is turning in on itself to one side, while others on web forums are asking what to do because it hurts so much or they can hardly orgasm anymore.
Loss of bodily fluids
Just like with men, females can also lose much of their bodily fluids from overdoing whacking off. In fact too much masturbation or too much sex period can hurt women in this way. Unlike the penis, the vagina needs to lubricate itself first when it’s aroused before anything can get inside. So when a woman has depleted her fluids from too much whacking or sex, she increases her risk of poor lubrication which leads to pain.
Josephine, who authors the site Natural Health Protocol, says that women don’t deplete their fluids as badly from too much beating off as men do, though it may actually be worse for women because their bodies use more fluid for sexual activity.
Damage from vibrators and sex toys
Although they’ve been glamorized and fed to women through TV and movies as great solo sex tools for women, using foreign objects like vibrators and other sex toys can actually destroy the clitoris and vagina as well over time, cause abrasions, and lead to dryness and even infection. These objects are inhuman and inanimate, nothing like a flesh and blood penis that’s meant for the vagina, so they put women at risk for certain damage. They have even caused overactive bladder a lot more than most women realize because the vibrating sensation stimulates deeper than just the clitoris or G-spot, hitting the urethral nerves. But neither the vibrator makers, Kara Sutra, Dr. Laura Berman, and all the others who want to empower women sexually are ever going to tell you this.
No interest in real sex and difficulty having orgasms
One of the ways masturbation has been glamorized is in it’s ideology that it can help women better learn about their sexuality - which is somewhat true, but women who masturbate excessively can reach a point of feeling like that’s better than real sex, have little or no interest in sexual intercourse, and have numbed themselves to a point where orgasm is harder and harder to achieve even with a male partner providing stimulation.
Hormonal imbalance
Just like with men, women also can suffer from an out-of-whack hormone imbalance that causes irregular periods, ovarian problems, back aches, eye floaters, poor memory and concentration, and even migraines.
Start reversing it while you can…
In some sense, we really have been lied to through the years when we’re told that masturbation is a normal, healthy habit we all can maintain. I question that now. In our modern sexually decadent culture, we are oversexed, and I really don’t think we’ve realized how masturbation may actually play more of a role in our health problems than we think. It has been pretty amazing for me to read about.
If you’re someone who masturbates to excess and you know you do, now would be a good time to cut it back or even cut it out altogether. They say that the maximum you should beat off is about 2 or 3 times a week, not several times in a day, and not every day either. If you can get it down to those few times that's good, but if you can have the strength to stop completely that's even better, and I think that's what I'm gonna aim for myself. Some of you - especially if you’re young - will probably say, “Nonsense, I’ve been masturbating for years and nothing’s wrong with me,” but that’s because you obviously are not at the threshold of serious damage or danger yet, but it doesn’t mean it won’t happen. If you already are dealing with some or all of the symptoms I described in this Take, you can get a head start in reversing them now by taking certain supplements and getting active.
Zinc
Zinc helps with the deficiency of the body's natural hormones and components that have been depleted. It also supports eye health and is one of the best uses for eyes, as well as helps with hair growth.
Yoga
Gives your mind something else to think about and helps put you at ease, and calms down that need for so much orgasming.
Excercise
Also helps brings the body's strength, immune system, and hormones back into shape.
Green tea
It's antioxidant properties and health benefits will also help in restoring what's lost.

I mentioned the woman Jospehine from Natural Health Protocol earlier. The article she wrote on over-masturbation I think impacted me the most because she did talk about it in more depth, though I still advise you not to take everything she says entirely as truth, especially because she talks about certain spiritual disabilities and ‘entity attachment.’ And she is a female, so she still wanted to make it as if over-masturbation is worse for men than women. https://www.naturalhealthprotocol.com/masturbation--dr-lawrence-wilson.html
“In my experience as a healthcare practitioner I have found that socially, culturally and physically it can be a debilitating, brain-altering act. When I hear the word ‘masturbate’ I think of how it can take a person away from another human being’s touch and affection, what we truly want as pair-bonding beings, and how it has the tendency to throw us into a neurochemical spiral without the benefits of human touch, cuddling and kissing.” - Masturbation Myth: How to Overcome Addiction to Solo-Sex https://www.opposingviews.com/i/health/addiction/masturbation-myth-how-overcome-addiction-solo-sex
#NoMoreBeatingOff
What Girls & Guys Said
22 54You give no evidence for any of these claims. The notion that masturbation leads to hair loss or chest pain is just ridiculous. One thing masturbation (and sex in general) causes is a decrease in arousal. So yes, if you have a partner but you are masturbating six times a day, you won't have much left for her.
Actually I did give evidence with the links I put.
Just because it's on the internet doesn't make it true. You just posted links to a site selling herbal nutrition supplements, which have no proven value. If you have a link to actual research for any of your claims, I'll be very interested.
Just because they're herbal sites doesn't make them untrue, and if you found an article on the Internet praising masturbation for its benefits you would agree with it. However, I provide more for you:
www.menshealth.com/sex-women/masturbate-too-much
m.mensxp.com/.../...ure-masturbating-too-much.html
www.mmmglawblog.com/.../
the first article is spot on: Here’s the good news: There’s no magic number when it comes to a healthy masturbation habit, says Dan Drake, a certified sex addiction therapist and clinical counselor. “However often you masturbate, it’s not a problem until it starts affecting your life in negative ways,”
anyway, this is all just opinion, none of it is actual research. And absolutely no one advises abstaining from masturbation. Some people get obsessed with sex. Some people get obsessed with professional sports. Some people get obsessed by video games. Some people get obsessed with hoarding junk. All can ruin your life, and the advice is the same. If you can't control your obsessive behavior, get professional help. But generalized warnings about excessive masturbation are just plain bad advice.
Do what you wish.
"Just because they're herbal sites doesn't make them untrue". Agreed- it actually means that there's only a 99.44% chance of them being untrue.
I agree with limiting it to 1-3 times a week. Virtually any behaviour becomes problematic when done to excess. But some of these claims -- that it causes baldness, eye floaters, chest pain, etc. -- haven't ever been proven or even strongly indicated. Until they are, it's irresponsible to spread this kind of rumour as fact. There is more evidence linking masturbation to lowered risk of impotence and prostate cancer in older men than there is to the effects you've mentioned. Plus, any side effects of masturbation would almost certainly also be caused by sex itself. But the overall theme of your Take, that people can and do overdo it when it comes to masturbation, is a good one to remember.
No, the baldness, eye floaters, and chest pain have been proven, that's why they showed up as symptoms in EVERY article I found about over-masturbation, as I mentioned that I myself have had the same things at times. They did say that some of the same things can happen with real sex, but they also said it's less likely because real sexual activity is different from masturbation, and healthier.
Pattern baldness is considered a normal part of aging. 30% of guys have it by age 30, 50% by age 50, and so on. It's caused by dihydrotestosterone in the system which naturally rises with age and is also linked to enlarged prostate, another common condition. So how can you say masturbation causes this? Might as well say it causes grey hair and wrinkles too. Just because you masturbate and also have these conditions doesn't mean they are connected. If there are scientific studies on this, then provide the links. I'd want to read them and adjust my viewpoint accordingly. But if your info is from blog articles and personal anecdotes, that's no more reliable than someone coming on GAG and citing your Take as proof that masturbation is harmful.
Eye floaters from over-slappin' the monkey? Must have been masturbating while reading that part lol
@Lightspeed-Lemon "It's caused by dihydrotestosterone in the system which naturally rises with age and is also linked to enlarged prostate, another common condition. So how can you say masturbation causes this?" - You basically just proved the same thing. If enlarged prostate is linked to this, why do you think that is? Because enlarged prostates - or prostatitis - is largely caused by overmasturbation.
"enlarged prostates - or prostatitis - is largely caused by overmasturbation." I specifically looked that up once cause I was curious. People used to think there was a link but doctors now say no, they've investigated it and there is simply no evidence for it. Plus I have an uncle who's super religious, very against masturbation, and in a sexless marriage. Even he has pattern baldness and was rushed to the hospital a couple years ago for a severely enlarged prostate. Honestly that makes me wonder if NOT masturbating is bad for the prostate.
After 69 years on this earth, and having masturbated for around 60 of those years, I guarantee that you cannot masturbate too much, as long as you are not neglecting a sex partner.
Yes you can masturbate until you can't do it any more for a while, but your body is resilient, sensitivity returns, and you can easily go again if you wish.
This applies to males or fermales, but females can orgasm more often.
It is not unusual for healthy young teen males to masturbate ten or more times a day.
Masturbation is also very healthy, orgasms relieve stress and aid concentration, eating your own or partners cum or juices are very beneficial, full of protein, and good for you!
You do not get addicted to solo sex fun, if you find a more attractive outlet you masturbate less.
The worst thing you can do is hold back when you have the desire and need, orgasms work wonders for your health of mind and body!
Don't believe all the negative crap, I have, and continue to live comfortably with masturbation, currently single I still masturbate a couple of times a day, at almost 70.
If you don't use it you will lose it, for guys it helps to reduce the incidence of prostate problems, and keeps you younger in attitude and health.
Sharing masturbation with a partner or friends can be great, and masturbating each other, either or both genders is a lot of fun!
Oh, yeah - your legs will also fall off, and your arms will shrink.
Get outta here you dipwit.
I usually masturbate between 2 and 4 times a day, but shoot cutting back is going to be difficult. I have other issues that I am working on in therapy like anxiety and self harm, and I think that I self medicate with masturbation. Masturbation is the only thing that keeps me from teetering on the total edge of insanity. That orgasm makes work and school worth it. But, a man has to protect his body. I think I will only masturbate every other day from now on.
Wise choice.
One point only. The Bible is mute on masturbation. Assigning sinfulness to it is doctrine created by men and women.
Well, there actually is a scripture that some pastors and churches go by in the Old Testament that says it's bad for a man to "spill his seed."
"Then Judah (sleaking in G0d's behalf) said to Onan, “Go in to your brother's wife, and perform your duty as a brother-in-law to her, and raise up offspring for your brother.” Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so when he went in to his brother's wife, he wasted his seed on the ground in order not to give offspring to his brother." Onan's sin was not not masturbating. It was disobedience of G0d's orders.
That wasn't the passage I was talking about, although I am well aware of the Onan story.
Well then. List your passage. can't be what theologans project. It has to be The Word itself.
I don't know the exact scripture number, all I know is that it's in Leviticus I think. I'll try to Google it.
Let's see... you're trying to make a scientific argument but then you quote the Bible. Too bad my year's allotment of facepalms was used up by the Republicans nominating a creationist for VP.
@JenSCDC Not sure who you were directing that to. There are different threads of creationism. If you mean "young earth" like many hard core Baptists, I'll donate a facepalm. But if you mean Intelligent design, i will cheerfully accept yours. I quoted scripture to show its intent not to rebuke spilling one's seed as i did just hours ago, but to rebuke Onan's disobedience.
Oops. I meant to reply to ManOnFire. And bring on your arguments for ID. I might be a bit slow in responding- it's been many years since I took Intro to Paleontology with Leo Hickey at a small school in New Haven that has one of top paleontology programs in the world. In fact, I might just be lazy and let my younger brother reply for me- he majored in paleontology at Penn, whereas I just took that one class.
@JenSCDC What i believe, i do on i have read the arguments in favor it often citing "irreducible complexity" according to the principles of natural selection and i am convinced and feel no need to debate. There are pressing issues like Radical Islamic Terrorism and the coming global financial collapse that we should focus on.
@Dargil- the argument of irreducible complexity fails in the face of the evidence. The example people try to use is the eye. However, it's been shown that "part of an eye" still confers an evolutionary advantage, and the fossil record clearly shows the evolution of the eye not just once, but several times (i. e. parallel evolution). IC has been shown to be false even at the most basic level of biochemistry.
@JenSCDC i agree on the eye. The Spenodon lizard has a third eye that senses light but does not see. Two examples that come to mind are the paramecium's tail and the Mantis Shrimp's onboard weapon. I leave you and this discussion with that.
Every sperm is sacred. Every sperm is great. If a sperm is wasted, God gets quite irate.
Onan's sin was not spilling his seed into to sand. It was disobeying G0d's command to give his widowed sister in law an heir by "laying with her".
Without having in mind to shock or offense anyone, I'd like to point out that there is no reason for masturbation to be harmful. On the contrary, and by the way, let's keep in mind that plain love making always involves masturbation in one or another form. Physically there's no difference between solo masturbation and orgasming while making love. All in all, we all aim basically at orgasms, and yes, indeed some people also do it to get childeren.
Masturbating (solo or with a partner) is always healthy ! In any case somewhere between once and seven times every week is perfectly healthy, as well for the body as the mind. Now, some people really do need more, while others only very few times a year...
Religions of any form should never interfere in the sexual privacy of people, and certainly not maintain such idiotic taboos against a normal bodyly activities. And no one has ever become deaf or blind or bald because of masturbation habits (everyone, in one or another way does wank or jills). Worst case scenario for someone masturbating too much, whether male or female, is being tired, well relaxed, and often far less agressive with other people ;0)
Some years ago, in a Japanese movie talking about hooligans at school, an angry teacher says to an agressive pupil: "when you've masturbated, do you still want to destroy things around you? No? So, masturbate a bit more !". That teacher may have an interesting point.
There's much more to be said around the subject of masturbation and the stupid pseudo religious or philosophycal taboos, but this will do for the moment. Best wishes to all, and no offense meant.
Good take! I'm trying to quit beating off altogether, right now in week 2, but I just woke up and had a wet dream ffs >:(
Wet dreams might be annoying at your age. I miss having them at mine.
@AlwaysBelieving I'd be happy to give up wet dreams alltogether lol, what comes you miss them?
I guess it's just everything that happens with it. No g/f and no ONS for me. 😑
I'll jerk off like 4 times if I don't get sex that day. Zero fcks given.
Continue at your own risk.
Same here I never get laid
Four times a day is indeed dangerous- you could easily get tendonitis, and if you aren't ambidextrous where would that leave you?
good take should be an eye opener for some people.
It's no eye opener- everyone already knew that there are idiots spouting nonsense all over the internet:)
@JenSCDC Except that our friend above is telling the truth actually about the side affects.
Such a great take and you didn't tag it in #Battle. Royal after all its health and fitness
Dude, I so wanted to, but the Editor said it wouldn't be allowed in Health & Fitness cuz it's a sexual topic.
And I wrote a my take on acne and forgot to tag it in battle royal
Ugh this sucks. I actually do it 8 times a day.. I think I'm slightly addicted.
slightly she says ^_^
Woooaaahhhh 8 times a day? Someone is hoooorny!
@Flames_864 Like I said in the Take, you're still young so nothing is gonna happen to you yet, but the longer you do it and for years at a time, you're gonna start paying the piper.
@SuitAndTie yeah hardy har har
@Wesdaman21 3 times in the morning 5 times at night and then whatever number throughout the day
Woah that's twice as much as I masturbate! And I thought that I had a problem...
@JRICHARDS1996 You don't have a problem and neither does she.
I hope to find someone like u
dude i bet half of the things you mentioned are just due to americas anti masturbation culture xD hair loss due to masturbation? dude i´d have to be completely bald by now XD
Bahahahahaha no.
You probably didn't even read the whole thing.
I read the entire thing
Just cuz you don't take it seriously doesn't mean it's not a serious issue.
It's not a serious issue
www.m.webmd.com/.../female-masturbation-5-things-know
They also wrote one for men too that says the same thing. This is the point I was making. OF COURSE experts like those are only going to tell you how good it is for you, but aren't going to talk about what happens when you do it far too regularly, and what does happen IS real. Hell, beat off several times a day every day - you already might - and you'll find it out for yourself eventually.
Key word, "experts". Get a medical degree in gynecology or urology and then we will talk.
Ahahahaha! This from the 17 year-old know-it-all who hasn't even begun to learn about life. Sure, okay. Lol.
Yup pick on my age once you dont have an argument. The sure sign of defeat.
They all do that when they don't have an argument
@Prettyapathetic ^^^^^
@Prettyapathetic Thing is, you can't argue with a kid because they don't even know what they think they know.
Or you just have absolutely no argument because numerous sources, including medical ones, will say you are wrong. Any doctor would say you are wrong. I am sorry you grew up sexually repressed, but that doesn't mean you are right
@TheButterfly And yet I gave the sources and links to prove my argument near the end of the Take. I repeat: of course mainstream doctors and experts are going to advertise masturbation as healthy and normal because it's been "researched," but there ALSO is research - and many real cases - of the danger of repeatedly masturbating much more than you should. If you want to listen to the doctors who tell us what we want to hear, go ahead, that's your choice. But I'm glad that quite a few others who read this are humble and intelligent enough to realize it can be a problem. I've never been sexually repressed, and whether I was or wasn't wouldn't change me from being right.
Key word again, "experts". And again, get a medical degree and then get back to me.
@TheButterfly You've already picked the experts you want to hear from. I know you think you're being cheeky or sassy or smart, but you're actually making yourself look stupid, aloof, and foolishly pompous. But we all find out what we need to find out in time.
Uhuh, sure
I want to hear actual evidence. A single report of "wow, I masturbate a lot and I have health problems" is pretty useless. Lots of people have health problems, lots of people masturbate a lot. Big deal. Is there a known correlation? Medical science says no. Some BS from an "Alternative medicine" provider doesn't mean anything. It's as useful as "vaccines cause autism" or "make enhancement supplements." Complete BS.
Exactly
@slatyb You pick and choose the evidence you want to believe, as I was telling her. I believe the research that says it's okay to beat off from time to time, but I ALSO believe the research that says you CAN overdo it, and pay the consequences for it. Hell, some of the people who commented on this Take said the same things have happened to them, and if you had've actually opened the links I gave, you would see more of it. Medical science just wants to make you feel good about masturbation, and doesn't want to believe that it can be overdone. But if they were to actually have lots of research proving that it can be dangerous, you still probably wouldn't believe it.
Key phrase, "medical science"
Nothing you posted comes close to research. It's not even evidence. It's just unsubstantiated assertions.
@slatyb It really makes no difference to me how you see it or don't see it. It's fine if you don't take it as truth or research, but there are others who are seeing it, and just because you don't doesn't make it wrong.
Sure, and there's an invisible green dragon under my bed. I'm the only one who can see him, but it's true for me even if you don't believe it.
"You pick and choose the evidence you want to believe, as I was telling her. I believe the research that says it's okay to beat off from time to time, but I ALSO believe the research that says you CAN overdo it, and pay the consequences for it... if you had've actually opened the links I gave, you would see more of it." Anyone can put up a BS website saying anything, but not everyone can get an article accepted by a peer reviewed journal. If you could link to peer reviewed articles that say too much masturbation is dangerous, you would immediately have a large number of converts, myself included. However, you don't. And by using the phrase "experts like those" to refer to the MDs quoted in the article you only lower everyone's opinion of you by pegging yourself as a conspiracy theorist. The only thing in doubt here is why so many of us think we can use logic and reason to convince a moron like you that he's wrong.
"of course mainstream doctors and experts are going to advertise masturbation as healthy and normal because it's been "researched," but there ALSO is research - and many real cases - of the danger of repeatedly masturbating much more than you should. If you want to listen to the doctors who tell us what we want to hear, go ahead, that's your choice. But I'm glad that quite a few others who read this are humble and intelligent enough to realize it can be a problem." No, they aren't "humble and intelligent enough". They're just ignorant of the phrase "peer reviewed", just like you are.
@slatyb If the dragon's invisible, how do you know that he's green?
@slatyb ManONFire is right
I most certain agree with this MyTake of yours. I'm on this kick to lose
weight and i been doing good but when i was younger as a teen i was
masturbating twice a day and even in my 20's my sex drive was diminishing.
I could not go to school when i was in middle school until i masturbated
in the bathroom it was so crazy my sex drive was through the roof and
to this day i regret it and should of stopped masturbating i believe from
the age 13-18 was when my sex drive was the highest.
It's only too much when you get sore.
Enjoy yourself as often as it feels good, don't listen what others say.
I masturbate a lot, i guess most days. Started when I was 12. Everything is okay with me.
what means a lot, once a day?
The people should discover their too much of masturbation.
And not as in physically but mentally.
Good take, it's not really an issue for me. I wonder abut the cons
Does this also apply to sexual intercourse? Or just masturbation?
