Guys, thighs that jiggle?

I just noticed the other day that my thighs jiggle when I walk if I'm not wearing jeans or something of the sort. They don't move like jello and they don't have cellulite everywhere but they noticeably jiggle! It makes me insecure. I'm not fat, I'm a healthy weight, some describe me as thin. but my thighs are on the bigger side for my size. I'm okay with that but the jiggling not so much. Is it a turn off?
