7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls 💄

It's hard being a girl, and especially hard when other girls are constantly making life harder for you. Here's a list of little things girls should stop doing to others, in order to make their lives more peaceful.

1. Slut Shaming

Things girls should never do to other girls πŸ’„

Girls should be able to wear whatever the hell they want. They should be able to do whatever the hell they want to do. As long as this doesn't hurt another (and I'm NOT talking about guys getting an erection/ tempted into rape) they have every right to wear their booty shorts or bralettes.

Even if you personally don't agree, it doesn't have anything to do with you ultimately. Just because a girl is wearing a hijab, doesn't make her a terrorist, just because a guy is wearing glasses, doesn't make him a prude geek. So just because a girl is showing off her figure, doesn't make her lose all respect.

2: Calling others ugly

7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls πŸ’„

I've kind of noticed that people think it's okay to call others ugly. It's not. Seriously. Just because she isn't to your standards, doesn't make it okay to call her ugly. Words like this shatter a girls self esteem, which other girls should know is very fragile.

3: Dating a guy who doesn't respect others

7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls πŸ’„

So I remember this guy who kept trying to hook up with me. I'll admit that I thought he was pretty cute. Until he called my new friend 'an ugly bitch'. She overheard him and reported him for it. But when she found out I was into him she said it was okay and that he was "probably just joking around". And me (being stupid) excused him, so the moral is, don't date idiots.

4: Snarky comments on a girls style

7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls πŸ’„

Yeah, we all read magazines, follow beauty gurus and are thrown into cities of high fashion billboards and the new army of the 'cool supermodels'. However, we still have a rare flock of birds who express their style differntly, and often get shit for it. We also have a squad of girls who prefer the laid back, tomboyish look. We have a few females who like to show off their figures. Ultimately, we all have individual taste, and it's wrong to hate a girl for what she chooses to wear.

5: Hating on a girl who has a bit of history

7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls πŸ’„

Yeah, they is always that girl who 'got drunk and have 5 guys a blowjob each last year', who 'claimed she was a nympho' and who 'dates everyone. Male, female, animal'. Truth is, statistically, all of us have had at least three totally untrue rumours spread about us. And even if they is proof some beef happened to this girl a while ago, that doesn't say she isn't a worthy person,

6: Hooking up with a guy who already has a girlfriend

7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls πŸ’„

Even if you hate his girlfriend, even if they are on a break, even if he claims she won't care, DONT hook up with a guy with a girlfriend. Cheating shatters relationships. If the guy is totally in love with you, then he shouldn't be with her in the first place. Don't trust two timers. Ever.

7: Disrespecting yourself

7 Things Girls should Never, Ever Do to Other Girls πŸ’„

Remember, you are not ugly, you are not a failure, your not a slut, or prude, or stupid, or worthless. You are a human who deserves respect. So don't hurt yourself, or let anyone get to you.

What Girls & Guys Said

  • Girls are fond of falsely crying rape because in the sexually liberated West, being known as a rape victim is all upside, no downside. Raped chicks are praised for heroism and bravery. Other people lavish attention on them, and ask them to speak about themselves at length, which for chicks is like crack cocaine.
In extreme cases, raped chicks have leveraged their purported suffering into international acclaim and seven-figure book deals.
It bears mentioning that raped chicks have always been coddled and comforted (at least in the West), and in that regard, they are not so different today than before. But in times past, that coddling took place behind closed doors, among family. It was private and there was no way to leverage it into unusual status.
Rape was kept private is because it held terrible implications for the raped chick’s future. If she were single, she could be judged unfit for marriage. If she were married and gave birth soon after the rape, the child would be regarded with suspicion if not outright labeled a bastard.
Our society came to regard rape with such gravity primarily because of these things, and only secondarily because of the emotional turmoil a raped chick experiences as she orgasms underneath her alluring, bad-boy attacker.
If men once again refuse to date raped chicks, rape will become once more an infrequent source of private and passing pain, and not an indelible merit badge to be trumpeted across all the media outlets in the land.

    • what does rape have to do with anything? if you were actually educated on this topic you would know that rape is one of the most under reported (and one of the most common) forms of abuse. of course there are a few women who falsely accuse men of rape but there are thousands of women who never report actual rape. if men refuse to date raped women, it will be even more unreported and even more common! i can't even comprehend how idiotic your logic is. dont be mad just because women are finally speaking up instead of just taking abuse.

    • Less than 5% of rape cases are false reports so this comment is total bullshit, sorry. Also not even relevant to the article.

    • @juliaaa the conviction rate for rape demonstrates how many rape cases are made up.

  • Umm good take but it seems you forgot what the take was about half way through :P

  • Is it okay to hook up with a guy in an open relationship, if the girlfriend already said it's okay? Since that happened to me and friends call me stupid.
I also kissed a guy in an open rela without the girlfriend knowing, but she knew he did it more often and was okay with that too.

  • "even if they are on a break"

Isn't the point of a break so they can sleep around to see if they actually want each other?

    • That depends on the couple and what boundaries they establish. From what I can tell, most couples on breaks only want some time off so that they can be alone and figure out what they want. Not sleep around.

    • Yeah. And that is why ross was wrong... Many people dont get that lol @lumos

    • @HookingSwan I think both Ross AND Rachel were wrong since it seems like they never established any basic rules as to how their break would work. It was dumb of Ross to assume that he was allowed to have sex with the girl at the copy place, and it was dumb of Rachel to assume that Ross wasn't going to try to fool around with anyone else. The both of them should have talked things through so that there would have been no room for misunderstandings. But conflict is what makes shows interesting, so :P

  • Kinda with the girlfriend one, but not flirting with your friends' crush and respecting the start of a relationship.
I am most likely going to start dating this guy I've liked for a couple months and we recently admitted feelings, but one of my good friends (also his friend but was mine for much longer and much deeper level) keeps hanging out with him one on one, cooked dinner for him, put her head on his shoulder in front of me, didn't tell me he was asking her for advice on how to fix something with me when I was mad, told him "it seems like I'm always mad at him", etc. Shit like that is shady to me and I think she likes him but doesn't respect either of us enough to back off even though we've liked each other for awhile now.
I just think starting and being in relationships is hard enough b/t two people, girls shouldn't try to squeeze into an equation they don't fit in and make more problems.

  • You're amazing.
