Don't just stare at her boobs. When guys would just stare at my boobs on a date that was an automatic "no" in regards to them getting any. An occasional admiring glance was fine with me. When I got more involved with a guy and really liked him/wanted him to think of me sexually I'd sometimes dress in a way that showed them off more. I'd want him to pay more attention to them when I did that, but even then if that was all they were interested in then I knew they weren't seeing them naked that night. If they admired them but spent the large portion of their attention on me as a human being then there was a fair chance they'd get some (if I really liked him)

when dating it does not matter if GG or AA or totally flat chested.

You show them all respect, talk to them with your one mouth, but listen to them with your two ears.

there are some practical things which are more venue or date specific.

restaurant, try and avoid tight corner tables, this holds true for majority of dates but you want your date relaxed.

avoid date types where the person will or could feel uncomfortable due to large boobs, running about type of dates.

basically, boobs don’t really come in to it, they are a person not simply a boob carrier.
