You can tell that the first girl definitely has a BBL because the proportion of her waist and thighs is not natural looking like you mentioned.

Those women have a more extreme body shape then I would normally go for, but I can still say it's very attractive. As for the first girl I wouldn't make her waist wider, I would just make her hips a bit smaller. And I would make their chests bigger to balance them out
