I'd see where it goes if she came up to me but I don't think I'd pursue unless I know she's interested first. In terms of what I'd be open to (hookup or relationship), I'd have to see what she was like. If I'm physically attracted to her then it'd start out as a hookup but if we liked similar things and just liked each others company then I'd be open to a relationship. But the issue that might come up is that if I do want a relationship, I don't want the drama some 19 year olds can bring. It seems fun/interesting to have all that drama when you're 19 but you get over it as you get older and realize that a calm but romantically passionate relationship is better than a crazy one.
A girl I knew (young) hung around with an older guy (40s or 50s) and since people told me the guy had a young wife, I thought she was his wife. I imagined she was in her twenties. Eventually, I found out she wasn't his wife, but somehow I still thought she was 25 (?) or so. We started seeing more and more of each other until... you know - IT happened. It wasn't until after that when we found out she was 18 and I was 39. (She thought I was in my mid to late twenties - I've always looked and acted a lot younger than I am.)

It's just that she's just barely of legal age, besides I can't find myself attracted to someone who is and looks younger than me. She has to either be of my age or older.
I would respond positively, though I don't know if I would pursue her myself. As for the relationship, if she were mature enough, I would certainly date her. However I could also enjoy a casual relationship, or hookup, as well.

I have a really weird thing about age and so wouldn't engage with a 18 or 19 year old.
I like to think I'm only restricted by needing to have a similar level of maturity (and the girl/woman being able to make her own decisions ofc), or at least that's what I'm striving for. After that it depends on if we have chemistry. If we do, I might push it a bit and see what happens. At the very least I'm always open to the idea.
I'd be like "does she know how old I am? This has got to be a mistake or some kind of joke." I'd be very skeptical because people my age, especially women, love to shit talk and shame guys for this sort of situation.

hookup - or I might bang her until she bored me. A girl that young is unsustainable for a long term relationship. Not just because of boredom but also because her inexperience means you would be just a stop on her self discovery. So as long as it was fun and interesting and would love something like that for a friends with benefits.
I would assume it's a setup because attractive females never make the first move, they are too entitled and expect males to come to them.
But 18-19-year-old females are the most attractive physically.
But old frumpy hags have made it so if we pursue you, we are considered "creeps" and "perverts".
