To shave or not to shave?

I love the discussions on here and to read about the different opinions from people.

I'll start: Personally I love having no body hair, from when I started getting pubic hair around I don't know what age like 10 or something, I started shaving it away. So I'm doing it for myself not for males or anything. Having it makes me feel dirty, (except legs, I shave that away for aesthetic reasons) I don't know why. On the flip side of that, I don't care if my boyfriend lets his bush grow. I do prefer it shaven just so I can easily go deeper orally and in penetration but I don't care I will go down on him anyway.

If I was sexually active myself, I'd guess that I strongly would prefer to shave and then get laser hair removal professionally done. I'd also like my girlfriend/woman date to be into removing it all/laser hair removal also.
Not into oral personally, neither would or should she be either, oral sex neither. Anyways. Mouths are for foods, water, kissing, breathing, in my mind, and dental care/dental work. Lol.

Anyways. I'm glad I've never been sexually active, otherwise I'd have lost my virginity in my earlier 20s, before laser hair removal clinics/salons had become a trend here and an easily affordable, easily locatable trend nowadays down here, since I'd say about 2020 onwards, perhaps 2019 onwards. I've forgotten lol. Anyways. Or since I started noticing. Maybe even 2021, when I was by then 27.

So yeah. I'm glad I didn't lose it, back when chicks my generation still were into "not removing it to a bald degree" sigh. Lol lucky me.

Contrary to popular belief, pubic hair does the opposite of making a person unclean. It traps bacteria especially on women from entering the vagina and urethra. Its there for a reason. Nature didn’t get it wrong. Its also much mote aesthetically pleasing because it looks mature and not child like.

I don’t shave or remove signs of sexual maturity and I want the woman I’m having sex with to keep her pubic hair natural as well. I like us to both look sexually mature and not look 10 years old or like high fashion porn stars.

You're highly old school on this matter. However, I recently found out pubic hair is there to cause "slippage" between pubises. Because of this slippage, micro-tears on skin surfaces are avoided. When there are skin to skin microtears, blood can be exchanged and infections passed between two people. Had never heard of this until this year. So, as you say. There for a reason.

My opinion; people can do whatever they want, it doesn't bother me how they groom - I happen to like my men on the hairier side but I must admit I'm the happiest if a woman at least trims but as said, won't bother me if she doesn't

Personally: the only thing I keep shaven at all times is my arm pits, legs is whatever I'm feeling - often shaved when I change my bed sheets, rarely go fully bare on my vulva, sometimes to full bush but mostly either triangle or landing strip - trim in transition. I've been single for 2+ years and have been with no one in that time period so it isn't done for anyone but me.

Please clear up for me just how having pubic hair can restrict how far your partner can penetrate your pussy?
To answer your original question though I prefer a bush trimmed or otherwise and to my knowledge my or his bush has never hampered our oral and certainly not how deep he can penetrate me.

I prefer low maintenance, no itching. So besides underarm or leg hair removal, I leave body hair alone.

It's not dirty, unless you don't bathe. That's the bottom line. Think of your head hair. Is THAT dirty? Only when it's sweaty and needs to be washed. The same is true of hair anywhere else on your body.

It's a matter of choice. Has nothing to do with "hair" being dirty. It isn't.

I think it should be entirely up to the girl. I am good either way, but I do have to say it is nice when she is clean shaven for the purpose of going down on her.

It makes it way easier to do my job without having to clean pubic hairs out of my mouth afterwards. It's always awkward trying to do that and concentrate on what's next. It's also kind of a mood killer if it goes down the hatch.

I too started shaving my pubic hair as soon as it started growing. I usually shaved down there every Monday and Thursday. That was until my a few months ago where I had all my pubic hair lasered off which is permanent.

It hurts me a lot. I found a way that I can shave where it looks smooth, it's a stripper technique I found and it works really well and I don't mind shaving more often

I think each person should make their own decision. There is nothing wrong with either way, it's however you are comfortable and what you like that matters
