I think those girls have a lot of shame around their sexuality. A lot of the times it’s caused by religion and how you’re raised. Many times it’s due to sexual trauma.
Basically the clitoris is very sensitive and it’s not hard to have an orgasm if you rub it in a way that feels good. It’s more of the mental block that is preventing it. Many women also may not be able to orgasm with a partner due to performance anxiety and they can orgasm alone which shows that your state of mind plays a big role in orgasm.

Yes. That's the big difference beteen guys and girls. Getting past that barrier and entering into an orgasm requires much more mental focus for girls. Guys don't really have to concentrate that much to get there.
