You need a slow and gentle build instead of just ramming it in there but sometimes my boyfriend gets all desperate and he just wants to full-on suck on my tongue and I was freaked out at first but he does it well and I'm used to it now. It's usually after the point that he whimpers a little (which is so hot men should all just let their natural sounds out) so I usually know it's coming.

It depends. You kind of work up to it. You don't go straight in with your tongue sticking out.
