I don't see why not. Personally I already have to breastfeed in public often so why not be topless too. There is nothing inappropriate about boobs. They are literally there to feed babies not to be sexualized

  Not quite. Even flat girls (and men) can breast feed. The reason girls have tits is solely for sexual attraction.

  @FunkyMonkee nah they are for feeding babies. Why stop the main people who need to have them out for breastfeeding from showing them. It makes more sense to force men to cover those useless things unless they are making milk (which is extremely rare)

  The ONLY reason you have tits is because, thousands/millions of years ago, we used to walk on all 4's and your ass was always at our eye level and that was our main sexual attraction. Once we learned to walk upright, that was no longer at eye level so, nature provided you with tits that LOOK like ass to sexually attract us, again!! Why do you think other mammals ONLY have tits when they give birth? The only others that have them all the time are cows and goats and I'm not even sure goats have them all the time.

  And even if you think that still doesn't make them sexual. Even pussy/dick isn't sexual unless someone makes it that way. Being nude isn't something sexual. Some guys are into legs, feet, hands and obviously we aren't covering those parts of our body so covering boobs is really ridiculous

  I think @funkymonkee was making the point that women can have small breasts as well as large. It is when they are called upon to nourish a new life that they grow larger for that function. But they still exist in various sizes prior to that and after, also. So breasts do serve a double function. They nourish, but they also sexually attract. Even when completely covered, they do attract men.

  Butt boobs are perceived as sexual and I don't see that changing. Just like women find guys chests or abs or arms or butts sexual. That's not going to change. People get aroused by what they get aroused by.

  @AndrésC64 they should only be sexual in the right moment. In everyday life just nudity is nothing sexual. There is a reason why I can go to the hospital and they don't sit there and sexualize my body. It's not normal to do so in that situation just like it wouldn't be normal to do that in public if nudity was allowed.

  Men are always going to find boobs sexually attractive. Just as women will always find men's chests or abs or arms or butts attractive. That's not something anyone has control over.

To be honest it's nothing wrong whatsoever, these days in many civilised countries permit to be toolevon beach including Asian countries too.
Every individual right to be expressed however he/she willing dress or undress, but according human rights chatar.
My girlfriend and their families are pretty much liberal view, so no problems at all whatsoever on beach, park, own backyard and swimming pool, my girlfriend and her mom at home remaine with Thong or G-string freely, eventhough Asian Liberal Muslim.
