Unconsented sadistic sex, man who had sex with and hurt me, what can I do what are my rights?
A month ago I posted Anonymously about how I had sex with someone who physically intentionally hurt me during sex after I repeated asked him and at one point begged me not to to hurt me. But it’s not rape bc I consented to the sex. But I REALLY am scared he might hurt more women and he won’t talk to me about it. I will copy below what I originally wrote.

had sex with someone I want out with a couple of times it was very rough and I did not enjoy it. The foreplay was okay but as soon as we had sex it hurt and he would stop if I asked him to and go right back to it. At one point he held my face and said this face u make is so cute, I said ,”when I’m in pain?” And he said yes. The third time I asked for him to finish bc I just wanted it over. He is younger and as I remember they like to go fast and hard but this was more than this. He also, and I’m being totally serious, asked to call me momma. Word huh? He held me.

He also has a two year old and he seems like such a good dad which made the whole thing so confusing and fucked up. He is much younger 22 and lives at home, what the hell should I do? I see a therapist on Monday over this but I don’t know what to do?

  • Get therapy warn all the friends you know that he is a sadist and move on thats the best you can do.

he had your consent to fuck you as you clearly said "But it’s not rape bc I consented to the sex"

This entire post kinda peeves me a bit because once I read that it just started to sound like you are making bad decisions and are trying to make it worse than it actually is.

    • I did tell my friends “trying to it worse than it actually is” this encourages me even more to go public but not the police route. I’m going to see what the therapist says. If you think that this really isn’t that bad I hope something like this happens to you.

    • You do realize if you make it worse and word gets out it was consensual sex and you were just too stupid to leave the guy and go on with your life then you become the enemy, like many of other women who have falsely reported rape on men. You are just regretting not backing out when you should have.

    • did you just wish that i would be raped?

  • See what the therapist says. They may know more about the laws where you live. You could also discuss it with the police for their opinion because you didn't consent to being assaulted.

    • I appreciate that I’m not going to the police I don’t want this person to hurt anyone else is all I don’t want any other women to go through this I don’t think people are aware this happens until it happened I have never heard of it. I think I’m going to go into detail and go public.

Under federal law 10 U. S. Code 843 – Art. 43, there is no statute of limitations at the federal level for a person charged with murder, rape, sexual assault, rape or sexual assault of a child, or any other offense that can be punished by death.

The length of the statute of limitations on a sexual assault charge depends upon the state. At this time, there are eight states that do not have any statute of limitations for prosecuting felony sexual assault. Also, some states, such as South Carolina and Wyoming, have no statute of limitations for any type of criminal prosecution.

Some states do have a DNA exception for their statute of limitations.

  • That is rape!!!

Report him to the police. Have him prosecuted. Also sue him if he has any money.

This makes me sick to my stomach but we can talk privately if you want

  • @gwenhwyfar what do you think.

    I'm not a expert I don't know

    • It’s rape I already answered her down below

  • Think it is time for you t o find a new fuck buddy. Shame you don’t live closer to me. I never hurt a woman when we fuck.

  • ask an attorney

  • Report him to the police.

    • Why? That's not rape or sexual assualt. So it's not reportable

    • That won't do any good, if its rape you need to see the police immediately after while there is still DNA, if its consented sex like she said it was, then all they can chalk it up to is domestic abuse and possible assault, but she waited like a month so its no use really. The police can't just arrest a man based off word they need evidence which the issue here.

    • @Neko911 Its assault still just not sexual assault
