  • The first suggestion is to try squeezing your anal sphincter. This contracts the muscles of the pelvic floor and may help maintain vaginal tone and prevent the tissues from relaxing and opening up, letting air in. Kegel exercises in the long term may also help for the same reason, and if you are interested in continuing in this class might be worth starting to do. A related suggestion is to try to squeeze your legs together as much as possible and to focus on keeping those muscles contracted - this will also generally maintain muscle tone of the pelvic floor and prevent air from getting in. Finally, for some people the angle of the vagina makes a difference. You may find that if you angle your pelvis slightly differently as you raise your legs (which can also be adjusted by how much you contract your abdominal muscles) it will affect how much air gets in. Try out different methods and see what works for you. A tampon is unlikely to help since the air will get around it, and can dry out your vaginal tissues putting you at risk for irritation of the tissues and, as always with tampons, possible infections. Visit your doctor and see if they have any suggestions.

    Hope it Helps.

  • Loose or tight has nothing to do with it. Neither does the amount of sexual activity. All it is air being pushed inside and trying to get out. It is perfectly normal. Please don't listen to 90% of the advice from the guys on here when it comes to this stuff. Honestly I'd be surprised if they even knew what a Vagina looked like let alone know anything about one.

  • It doesn’t have anything to do with tightness, it’s usually the angle your pelvis is at or how far he’s pulling out that’s allowing air to be forced in.
Try tilting your hips slightly, or have him not pull out as much and see if it helps

  • It's just air, it has nothing to do with your tightness. I personally started to find it funny, because of how awkward I felt

  • No queefs aren't your fault, it's the person who's been stuffing air in there the first place

  • Its just air that got up there. Has nothing to do with being loose. Don't stress over it

  • Queefs have nothing to do with tightness or looseness

  • It’s absolutely normal.

  • I THINK it's just air going in and out, nothing to do with looseness or tightness lol I always found it funny when it happened to my ex but not in a bad way, i loved her for laughing with me.

  • No, you are nice and tight.
As you become looser, you will queef less.

    • Are you sure? Because on the net I read the exact opposite. Im really worried I might be very loose...

    • When my girlfriend and I were new to sex (both virgins), she started queefing during sex. We didn't even know what queefing was and the word "queef" was not common back then (1984). So, the first time she queefed, I was in shock. I heard it and felt air across my balls. I said "What the hell just happened/was that?" She said that she had a "vaginal fart". I said "Those things do that? !" Anyway she was tight. My wife had three kids and a lot more miles on her pussy. She never queefs and neither did other looser women I was with. Think about the physics of it and queefing is more common in tighter girls. The penis is pumping air into the vagina and that builds up pressure if the air cannot escape in a tight vagina. That will lead to a queef. In a loose vagina, the air can leak put so the pressure won't build up for a queef.

    • The women below are right about a change in sex habits can let air leak out more effectively thus nout building up the pressure for a queef.

  • I sometimes blow my gfs up like a balloon to hear it fart and she is tight, so it doesn't mean anything.

  • Just be thankful it's not the other hole! lol :p

  • Don't worry about it... Most guys don't mind and we find it kinda cute actually...

  • Your either a very slutty girl or so t know how to work that thang. I know a girl who can almost lift me up off the bed with nice and strong little twat !!!

    • Like I said, Im new to sex. I can count on one hand how many times I've had sex. I don't know what ypure saying...

  • Yeah tighten up the wizards sleeve

  • you can prevent it from happening if you clench it a little. but in certain positions, it's pretty common for that to happen, cause after all a pussy is just a meat sack and if you force air in, it will make noises as it escapes xD

  • It happens to some girls

Just ask your gynecologist about it and I'm sure he/she can patch you up

  • You're not too loose... you're too nervous.
    It will go away

  • When does it happen? That could indicate tightness as easily as anything else.

    • When having sex. No matter what position. And also when i masturbate when i have my face down and ass up. I just use one finger. Its weird and makes me insecure tbh

    • Sounds more like pressure from contractions pushing the air out. Frankly I like that idea.

    • Does make sense But its still weird... :(

    Or when doing nothing?

    • When having sex amd also when i masturbate when i put my head down and ass up.

    • Then it's absolute normal... You're pelvian muscles are just relaxed and maybe the position as well... Don't worry

  • the title of this question is hilarious

  • Yeah it has nothing to do with how tight you are. It's all about sex position and how he's going on and out. Queefs aren't a bad thing

  • i watch porn and i love vagina queefs and anal queefs lol
