It's 100% due to genetics. Some people have long thin labia, some are puffy, some are very uneven, some are very dark. It's all very different, it's all very normal, and it's all completely genetic. Some ridiculous people try to say that women who have a lot a sex have loose labia. They clearly know nothing about the female body. A twelve year old who has never had sex can have large, loose labia while someone like me, who has had plenty of sex, has small puffy labia.
