It would depend on the type of work you do but ultimately I'd say it's not a good thing and if one person noticed it then most likely others did too

Well if it's work related it's probably better that not everyone can see it. But during a regular conversation depends on how much you trust the person you are talking to & close enough not to care if they see your vibrators.
