  • The article mentioned that she was charged with incest as part of the plea deal. To me, this makes it even more disturbing. The victim’s mother is obviously outraged at the double standard.
Besides it being morally and legally wrong to have sex with a minor regardless of sex, I find it concerning that some have commented that sex wouldn’t have been possible if he wasn’t interested. This makes me think of things like “well, what were you wearing when you were raped. You were asking for it.” And even if it was consensual, a 31 year old has no business doing this with a minor and they must have some serious mental issues

Definitely a double standard and ridiculous that she was not charged for anything. Would be terrible if she wasn’t even placed on a sex offender registry, because I would NOT feel comfortable being her neighbor if I had children.

  • This very same question was ask just recently.

A woman rapist will not face any jail time. How do you feel about it?

    • Thank you for the MHO.

  • My opinion is a question. How can a female "rape" a male, and yet make him hard and ejaculate? Isn't it "statutory? Wasn't the boy seduced or coerced in some way? And have another question in four parts.

*How does the baby benefit from her incarceration? Should the court take it away?
*How does the boy/daddy benefit? I doubt he has any trauma and you can't rape the willing. He probably loves the woman.
*How does the woman benefit? She is unlikely to feel any guilt that must be assuaged. Does she really deserve to be punished?
*How does society benefit? Revenge against a lonely, horny Latina woman? Will we all feel better about ourselves, then?

There was no "aggravated" to this. I know I am a MAGA Law and Order Righty, but let her go.

    • Woman can rape man by a forced penetration for example. Erection does not always mean that the man is willing to have sex. (Note that even some women experience orgasm from rape and it does NOT mean that they enjoyed it and were willing.) Having sex with child is a crime in itself; why women should be privileged and disregard the law. Please learn more about female on male rape. Many men who experience it aren't happy about it.

    • Many say it’s still statutory rape when I dated Shayna, 11. I was 16. Both of us were willing to date. Sex never occurred between us. @_piotr, dziękuje. I got confirmed in health class that a woman CAN rape one.

    • You asked "Isn't it 'statutory'?" You left off the word that goes with statutory which is "rape". Statutory rape IS rape. That is how. There was obviously more to the case than was reported. For instance, the prosecutors dropped the charges down to a single charge of incest. How is it incest? And why would the charges be dropped to that? She will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life. And she faces 10 years to life on sex offender intensive supervision probation.

  • No it's not fair that she didn't jail time but let's also not pretend that a man would have 100% would have gotten it either. There have been lots of men who got little or no sentences for rape. Rape on the whole is criminally under sentenced.

  • No this is wrong, something is messed up there in Colorado. Gender shouldn't be a consideration for the crime, it shouldn't be part of the trial or sentencing. Should be treated based strictly on age and the other factors.

    • 100% AGREED!

  • This is the kind of result you can expect to see more often as liberal prosecutors allow woke politics to infect their prosecutorial decisionmaking process.

  • IF a 31yo man impregnated a 13 yo girl they would put him UNDER the jail, for life.

  • No. The 13 year old boy should have got jail time. Everyone knows if a woman regrets sex, its the mans fault because he raped her, not the other way around. Im pretty sure she regrets it now, or when she got caught. Everyone knows this. Plus women dont ever do anything wrong. And womens prisons should be abolished.

  • That is pretty fucked up

  • That woman should be in jail.

  • That's part of the female privileges they keep claiming they don't have absolute hypocrisy.

    • You have Spoken the Truth, mate!

  • Nein, Genossin! That bloody b*tch ought to go to prison and have no effing custody of the kid, but she should still pay a lot of gelt for child support.

  • if she was hot, I'd say no crime committed, but this kid is going to be scarred for life knowing he hit that and having everyone else aware as well

  • No it’s not fair, but I don’t know the details. Though our society thinks boys can fck and not get hurt as much as girls can. Children can get hurt period.

  • They should have "thrown the book" at her for raping a minor!

  • Yes it is fair if you are pro-life, the baby is important.

Otherwise, ask the 13 year boy if he want the woman to have an abortion in cases of rape.

  • No it's not fair.

  • It’s not fair, but women always get less of a prison sentence, and spend less time in jail than men for the same crimes

  • No. A man would get at least 5 years for something like this. She should have gotten the same sentence a man would have.

  • There’s no doubt that women are sometimes treated more leniently by the criminal justice system. In this case, there’s a baby to consider and I’m sure that factored into the judge’s decision. Also, even if it’s unfair, I think there’s a perception that boys are less traumatized by statutory rape situations than girls are. But I don’t disagree, a man would probably have done jail time.

  • It’s way worse for a man to rape a girl.

    • Is that right how so?

    • Why?

    • Men can handle emotions but women can’t.
