I have lost 6 pounds in 10 days so far. At this rate, I should be below 180lbs within 20 more days. My short-term goal is 175 pounds, then my long-term goal is to get down to 160 pounds, what I think may be my real ideal body weight. It's going to take a LOT of work to get all the way down to 160pounds, but 175 is easily doable without killing myself. 160 pounds is going to take full time dieting and full-time exercise for like 6 months.
in 20 more days I will post an updated shirtless photo. Again, I hope to be down to 180 pounds again. I was an idiot and stopped dieting and ate too many carbs and gained a lot of weight back. So now I gotta lose 12 more pounds to get down to 180 pounds. This is fine, I know how to diet properly now, and I know how to exercise properly, so it's just a matter of time to get the excess weight off me now. I'm going to be FINE whenever I slim down some. hehe.
