He would make up random excuses, it wasn’t just one excuse. He would tell me he has a phobia of bodily fluids, but only when it was to do with giving me oral. He would tell me he’ll only do it if I shave down there and shower beforehand, so I would do that and he would then make a new excuse as to why he won’t do it. After the first year of us dating I gave up asking for it. We were together for a few years. I didn’t know what I was missing out on until I had oral when I was 17.
