Second, yes, it drips back out. But not all at once, so if you have stuff to do right after, I suggest going to the bathroom and peeing. While you are on the toilet, try to do some pelvic floor exercises which will help push some of it out. After you wipe, putting a liner in your panties will keep you dry. Really not much different than your normal discharge.

Vaginismus is a pelvic floor disorder which is essentially an extreme presentation of involuntary tightness in the vagina. Someone who has vaginismus typically cannot be penetrated at all, even with something as small as a finger, and when one can be penetrated slightly, it is excruciatingly painful, even at just the very opening with something very tiny. It is a psychophysiological trouble from which the person usually has a fear of sex being painful or bad, typically from past trauma, thus causing the involuntary tightness to begin with, and then when it actually does physically hurt, it obviously causes even more tightness and more pain, and is a circle of that issue that is usually treated with physical therapy, psychotherapy, and use of dilators.
