When another guy gets too close or is standing in any type of threatening manner around those I love. I feel my body temperature rise and my muscles tense. At that exact moment is the only time I have to stop myself. If anything appears or seems like my loved one, family member or child is in eminent danger I won't think about it. It is an instantaneous reaction. Almost like a reflex. I have an extremely difficult time calming myself down once I've gotten past a certain point. On the other hand it takes so much for me to get angry or upset. More than most people. In fact most if my family and close friends would say that I do not have a violent bone in my body.

People who are inconsiderate. This covers a wide range of people from the jerk who cuts you off on the road to people who let their dog poop on your lawn.

As a Massage Therapist, people who don't bathe, and who come late or don't come at al, l without calling me and advising me of the change. Again, inconsideration.
