    Either the idiot holding the camera keeps it in portrait view, restricting your viewing angle, or they're too dark and don't know how to use the flash/light, or they can't keep it in focus, or the phone/camera is juggled around like a nunchuck that you have no idea wtf is going on, as if the camera holder has no fk'n idea what to aim at for more than 2 seconds.

    Or they set the camera down on a dresser several feet away, on a terrible angle and it stays like that for 30mins until they're done...
