Well if it's from out side the vagina. 1% to 2% if it was actual sperm. But since it was prejaculation and only like what 20 - 30% prejaculation is sperm I'd estimate chances of being pregnant being as low as 0.2% to 1%. Depending on how sperm dense his natural Ejaculation is. and there's always the question is his sperm strong enough to make it to the "egg." As on a cellular level from virgina lips to womb it's a pretty long distance. I'd say if your really fearful in 7-8 weeks out and periods haven't been coming in that 2 ish month period get the pregnancy test and that should give the ultimate kinda yes or no.
Also if u are some how pregnant stressing out about this won't help the baby develop if ya are pregnant. a lot of hormones are blood carried. So if u the mom are stessed your body can possibly alter the babies natural temperament. The studies aren't conclusive yet. But so far data shows stressed out mum's while carrying often have kids who end up with a higher chance of emotional imbalances. (Potentially increasing the chances of things like bipolar and mood swings.)

Make sure you put the co dom on right from now on. Make sure the resevoir isn't pulled tight on the head of his penis, there is suppose to be that little extra bit at the end of his penis but as you found out, without air in it, it should just look like a little flap before he cums, not a ballon.
