This is a tough situation, the likelihood of you being pregnant is lower than in other case scenarios, but not impossible.
If semen gets into your vagina, which it very well may have if he was grinding down there, you can become pregnant. Just because he didn't ejaculate into your vagina doesn't mean your safe. Sperm is microscopic so wiping or washing doesn't necessarily catch it, and may even act to push it deeper into your vagina.
Hell, even the pre-ejaculate that he produces can have sperm in it from the last time he ejaculated. I don't know if you should invest in Plan B, it depends how worried you are, I suppose, but I do know that you should always, always use a condom because any little accident can cause a pregnancy. And, if you're sexually active in such a way that pregnancy is a worry, you should really talk to your primary care physician about getting on birth control.
