It doesn't have to be painful or gross or humiliating. Start out slow & with a small toy and work your way up to bigger will help your body acclimate before the real thing.

There's almost always going to be some discomfort and feeling of 'fullness'. But, with proper planning, patience, the partner & plenty of lube, anal sex can be very enjoyable.
