Those would include those with high saturated fats, fatty acids such as those containing omega-6 fatty acids (sunflower, corn, soybean oil) and trans fatty acids (hydrogenated vegetable oils, margarine). Salt and foods high in this mineral can lead to high blood pressure but definitely kill libido. Finally, you have sugar, alcohol and nicotine that also have a negative impact on libido in general. However, all those foods come with a number of really bad side effects.
