If you do decide to give him that reminder that you will contact authorities, and he still does not stop… I really really really suggest you actually go to authorities, and try to get a Cease and Desist order against him. Search it up.
Block, ignore, be clear, and eventually he will move on. Some people are annoyingly persistent so it may take some time. But whatever you do? do mot send him nudes. Do not give in in any way. Think of it like "don't feed the wildlife" if you do they will harass you for more.
He is going way too far and you got to put your foot down to stop him and yes he is wrong just keep blocking him better and copy his account and make people aware of who he is and file a complaint with the FBI or online police for a cyber sexual explicit request, you can also file an anonymous complaint online against him with the FBI
