You need to communicate with her, and maybe start going to the gym as partners or getting up 1 hour or 2 earlier in the morning for a jog together and starting off a healthy diet as a life style not diet to lose wight that you will do for 2 months, that shit doesn't work. many people get offended when it's a weight issue, especially us females because it's down putting emotionally, even if we don't want to be fat, sometimes eating so much becomes a habit that is hard to quit and feel sad about it because it is a challenge but when someone brings up solutions that can be fun to do as a couple, then maybe it can be seen less as a judgmental superficial critical suggestion and more like a positive fun change that you both do together.
