Let's say a 14 year old girl said if you don't have sex with her she's going to tell the cops you tried to rape her. She already said it there is no way to get a recording of her admitting she's blackmailing you you have to have sex with her this weekend or she's going to the cops on Sunday night.

If she is blackmailing you now for sex... what is next on the list? A car? Money?

Once you go down that rabbit hole, you will not get out of it easy.
And, she will hold that over your head for as long as you live.

My advice is to stay away from this one. She is a bad seed.

Already been through that but same age. And well i didn't stop it cause in the end there is a stigma for them always thinking the girl is right. But if she don't have any proof and you haven't done the act you can at least get a bit more credit through a liar detector test if asked have you had sex with her, even tho it cannot be used as evidence it still kinda helps. It's tough position because so many people get done for something they didn't even do. But if you did do it then you have raped her like statutory. Better to go down for a crime that you never did, than do that crime.
