In a way this is a bit like a "How long is a bit of string?" - It might depend on what way you see her first , from the back (her great legs), her face (her amazing eyes) , making a passionate speech (what spirit), being brave (what backbone) , walking into a room and she is singing ( how talented) or you share a moment on an online forum ( I really like the way she thinks)
I am not being facetious , there is usually not a catch all moment for us to form a first impression , it could be any circumstance or circumstances and by the moment you "NOTICE" this girl , it could be the first moment you see a gorgeous girl on the street or that moment you think about a girl in your everyday life after a number of subconcious observations of her.

It depends what I can see first. Sometimes it's her shape, other times her butt, other times her face... It all depends on what is highlighted. Like this for example
(If she is playing basketball looking forward)

And in that second one I notice the bra straps just as much.

If she's at a table lets say

There is a clear focus in each picture and in each direction you face. Which direction she is, what she is wearing and her body shape can change what is looked at first.

Probably body shape is first. It depends on which part of you is facing us first. If you are facing us, we notice the face, unless your boobs are unnaturally large, then we notice that. Then we look at your cootchie area, make sure there is nothing weird going on down there, then we look back up... You know, I don't know, it depends.
