This might be unpopular here but I hate the idea. Sex is a mutual pleasureful intimate experience between 2 (or more) partners. It should all come naturally and due to sexual tension. If a woman offers me sex because I did something good for her or it's simply my birthday I'd feel like a puppy. "Good boy, here's your treat". Sex is not a gift and shouldn't be treated as such. With that being said, I'd be down for it but it shouldn't come off or make me feel like I'm getting some action just for a special occassion.

Sex for a birthday present is fun and kind of a necessity if you are in a relationship. But if it is just a friend then it really depends on how close you are and if you have had sex before… and if that was enjoined…

When I was growing up, nobody ever made a big deal about my birthday. I never had a birthday party. I had a long term relationship who never ever got me a birthday present. I never even got a lousy card from her.
My wife always tried to make it special for me, that includes an extra special treat after the kids were asleep.

Great idea but you might need to do more than just sex like a nice dinner or present. I took my girl out to her favorite nice restaurant and some earrings then we got home I have her some very sexy lingere to put on and made me use her like a little slut that she likes.
