What do you think about people who practice "rape baiting"?

I personally think they are sick as hell, mental actually, and it should be considered a crime.

Rape baiting on the other hand, is when a person goes out (or shares their location on social media to be found) and attempts to get somebody to rape them, by acting vulnerable, or drunk, flirtatious, usually in an attempt to get their partners "Raw power", or something to that effect.

This sort of act should be criminal for both parties, as one is encouraging a crime, and attempting to make people commit it, whilst the other is literally raping a girl, which is already a crime, though could be argued against in this scenario as their partner is technically consenting, though it does show that they have the capacity to commit said crime, and thought that they had.

  • IMHO it depends a lot on why whatever it is is done

    People may be trying to live there lives, and others might consider what they are doing rape baiting.
    Which is just plain bullshit.
    It doesn't matter where someone is, what they are wearing, when it is etc etc etc, they should be safe from being raped.
