Like everything: extremes are only attractive to few. Breasts so small that they only thing sticking out is the nipple when aroused - few find this attractive. By the same token, DDDs are also a turn off for most.
What's worse, some go for DD breast implants and start to look like inflated balloons.

Yes, large boobs are really unattractive. I never understand why so many women crave having two bin bags full of yoghurt strapped to their chest. Much prefer smaller, firmer sexy boobs

They usually come with a body type to match, as they are a common place for fat to go.

That's why girls are (rightfully) concerned about their boobs getting smaller if they lose weight.

I like a slim body, which usually also mean smaller breasts... Think about it this way, smaller breasts age better... Age and gravity are not friends of big boobs in the long run ;)

They can be and they can not be. It depends on many factors. Size is not the only factor, or even the key factor. Proportion matters, as does skin quality, shape, tone, etc.
