I had one friend with fake boobs and they made her extremely happy which in turn made me happy for her. As a guy, I mean this with respect to you. Who cares what anyone else thinks? Since you're asking, I'll guess that you do, so I'll share my thoughts.
I don't look at this subject to judge you vs another woman. To that point a step down isn't crossing my mind regarding real vs fake boobs. All I want for you, as a perfect stranger, is to be happy with yourself because you deserve to feel happy.

They are definitely not as good as real boobs, but I guess fake boobs are better than no boobs at all. But real boobs, especially big and real, are what most will desire in a girl. However, if that's what you want, then what anyone else thinks shouldn't matter.

As a rule I don't like them, but going up a single cup size is okay. Also, women in my age range may have had mastectomies which made breast reconstruction mandatory. No judgement.
No thanks. I have more respect for girls that feel comfortable with their breast size. Getting breast implants is weak and I definitely would be turned off by it.
Smaller breasts are beautiful and my favorite. So fake is not as good. I will still give them attention if we were in a sexual relationship because I like doing that and giving the gal a lot of enjoyment.

No I hate them, I don't want to touch them at all. Been with a couple of girls that had them and it was a massive turn off, relationships only lasted a couple of months each, just couldn't get past it. Give me natural any day.

Honestly it's a turn off for me I'm not into fake people. Also the fact that someone's value of themselves was so low and their insecurity so great that they'd have someone cut them open and put god knows what into them is a major turn off. The vibe that gives me is someone with no self worth, no confidence in themselves and hates themselves.
The only way I'd be ok with plastic surgery is if it needed to be done due to an injury/accident or medical reasons.
I've only been with one girl who had fake boobs. I didn't know her before but shown photos of herself and she was so tense on those photos, and could sense low confidence, but the version I knew was empowered and confident in a hot way. I'm not that much of a boob person to really care about it unless they are too much or very poorly done, but if it makes a girl feel better about herself I wouldn't mind them.
