What do you think of my preferences for a romantic girlfriend?

My preferences when it comes to a romantic girlfriend:

1. A virgin when it comes to physical intimacy. She should have never kissed a boy. She should have never slept beside a boy. She should have never touched a boy in his private parts.

2. A virgin emotionally. She should have never had a boyfriend.

3. A virgin sexually. She should have never had sex with anyone.

4. She is not promiscuous.

5. She should not like bad boys (asshole bully high school athletes, gangsters, thugs, seducer players, college bad boy frat boys, etc.) as boyfriends, as someone to have sex with, and as people.

6. She should like good guys (These are boys who don't bully others, insult others, or hurt others. These are boys who also treat their girlfriends with warmth, politeness, love, and generosity.) as boyfriends, as someone to have sex with, and as people.

7. She should be a person who doesn't bully others, insult others, or hurt others.

8. She is very polite in the way she talks.

9. She is willing to be a housewife.

10. She is romantically faithful.

11. She is modest in clothing.

12. She should be my best friend.

Am I too extreme in my preferences when it comes to a girl? Yeah, that's just who I am! Deal with it! If any of these preferences are not met then I will rather be single forever than get a woman! Yes, my kind of romantic girlfriend based on my preferences is extremely rare but if I don't get her then I will rather live alone forever than get a woman!

And no, I don't need a woman in my life. I do not fear living alone as a software engineer forever. I do not fear dying alone.

I want a virgin good wife. I don't want a whore.

This list is kind of big. The more you ask for, the less likely you're going to find this person. However, a lot of these are the same thing.

I'd say 9 is probably a tall order to ask for nowadays and is basically you trying to control her life, which is not cool to ask for. The rest is basically asking for a good-hearted virgin who likes good men. All of that is fair to ask for in a girl, especially at your age.

The only thing I'd say is being picky/entitled, is trying to control her life by demanding she be a housewife and sit at home at all (especially before you even have kids yet.) The rest is fair to ask for. You'd just better be a traditional/conservative man as well, if you want this in a woman. A liberal asking for all of this, is out-of-touch.
