Nah. No pity sex. It's meaningless. If anything it could do more harm than good.
If you're asking what I'd do if a female friend came to me and said "I haven't had sex with a man in years, would you have sex with me" ... that's one thing. Would I feign attraction and seduce that friend, that's another. No to the latter, yes to the former.
Its not immoral. Its a bit tacky and shallow.
I've given pitty sex to a few friends. They could have cared less if it was pitty or not. I, on the other hand really had to leave the mental part at the bedroom door.
Also once I've given in to pitty sex and satisfied them, they kept wanting more.
