I have this kind and I know most men are happy to see any vulva, but how do you feel about this one compared to others? I feel like guys mostly want the “Barbie” with the perfect innie and my inner lips look so ugly poking out.

If course guys have a preference, just like women usually have a preference for what a perfect cock should look like, but when confronted with a real person we find sexy, suddenly what their genitalia looks like isn't quite as important, and the more attractive the person is in general, both to look and personality, the more attractive their genitals look. You're right that men prefer to see any vulva. I think you'd do yourself a disservice trying to compare, you are who you are regardless, and I think it's a huge waste of money (and potential risk) to get plastic surgery for your vagina.
That type is perfectly fine. I've been mostly with women with the so called "innie" vagina, but they have also been bigger girls with a fatter pubic area - so that factors in.

The "Barbie" type isn't representative of most women. My girlfriend has longer inner labia than in the pic you posted and I love the appearance of her vulva. She used to be self conscious about it also but she's not anymore because she educated herself about how normal and common it is to have visible inner labia. At least half (and possibly more than half, depending on the survey) of all women have "outies." Porn has given a very misleading depiction of what vulvas are "supposed" to look like.
