When I get into bed, I take everything off. I sleep so much better with no clothes to constrict me. Sometimes in the winter, I might sleep with only a pair of socks on if it's freezing cold.

I notice if I wear clothes to bed, when I'm sleeping, I roll over and strangle myself with my shirt or my pajama bottoms slid down, and when I get up, I trip and fall over them, so yea, nude is better.

Same here, I like to be nude. Not just sleeping, I pretty much strip my clothes off the moment I get home, and only put something on if I'm headed out, or it gets cold (which it rarely does in my temperate location).
