this is my take. I am an alpha female, I lift, work, and take care of myself. But in the bedroom like every other female, I prefer a dominant man. Choking, neck kissing, pinned against a wall and kissing, pulling our hair to get us to look up at you and then kissing us. Go slowly, take your time as if you have all the time in the world to build anticipation of your hands and lips on all the right spots. Maybe get real close then pull away. And as goes for any and all sexual anything, make sure she feels beautiful!
