I understand that with many guys its crazy hard and that for many women with rather high libidos (like myself) it's just about as hard for us. I personally don't believe that porn it right morally or is it healthy for the human body (for both m and f) according to science studies on it. I know things like working out, staying active, eating healthy, sleeping regularly, and drinking a lot of water are many ways to help. But honestly I dont think masturbation itself is wrong and studies have shown it to actually be beneficial to one's health.
