Sex is usually a binary term. If someone has the characteristics of two sexes, then that person is not biologically male or female; therefore, it makes them sexless.
The suffix "less" means "devoid of". A person who has the physical characteristics of both sexes can hardly be seen as lacking them. It'd be "both", not "neither".
Well a person lacking sex is usually a person that is sexually unattractive mostly men but can be women too.

You look gay, no. There is no such thing as a gay looking guy tbh. I have seen 6'3ft. tall gay men who are completely hairy with deep voice and have also seen so many short straight guys with high pitched voice. Being gay can't be defined by your looks.
