Precum is just completely blank and really slippery. Kinda feels like sanitary alcohol gel, and got the color of water. And what you described is possible, albeit not comon. Most guys don't make that much precum (some doesn't produce much at all), but the description of its texture is spot on.
As for cum, that's a mixture of precum, and cum. The cum itself is simply put anything between white, and a very light yellowy tint. And yes, it is very thick. Th ethickness is determined by the ratio of precum to actual cum. And cum is very thick on its own, so the reason it's not that thick normally is because it's mixed with precum.

  coment on the color of cum; it's USUALLY white, allthough it's not uncomon to carry a VERY light shade of yellow on some occations. This is usually caused by a little bit of urine (as some pointed out), but can also be due to factors like diet etc. Generally if it is just a VERY light shade of yellow, and that it varies between more or less white then it's fine. However red, brown, green (yes that's possible) and other strong colors, or concentrations of strong colors is a HUGE red sign. And if that happens, do your balls/dick a favor and skedaddle the fuck to a doctor ASAP!

  Precum is actually produced DURING arrousal. It's not something we stores up (allthough cum does work that way. so not cumming for some time makes him cum more). So it simply means he produces more, and judging by your description he produces A LOT! (as in more than ~95% of the population). That's not a bad thing however (well, beside the spots and all that XD), as it provides at least a bit more lubrication. And some girls find it fun to play with, so do use it XD

  bloody hell... hm, actually that's about 2-3x the normal amounth. The normal amounth is in fact about a tablespoon or less. I'd suggest he drops by a doctor. It's usually not something dangerous, but it could be good to have an explanation. usually it takes about 4 days to a week to reach peak volume. Really giving him a good time can also increase the amounth of precum when he ejaculates, which makes it look even more copious. I'm guessing he's also having a rather high sex drive too? In case you're freaking, it's likely just a medical case. There's this one medical case (don't remember its name) that makes you produce more sperm than normal, with an increased libido being a side effect.

  yup it will. Not as fast or as effective, but leaving him hanging (or rather, more like pointing) will do. This because how "blue balling" works. When a guy is arroused blood flows to the penis and the balls. This makes his cock get hard, and his balls "pull up" closer to his body. Blue balls is caused by being hard too often, or too long, causing pain and discomfort in the penile region (most noticeable in the balls). in some cases the balls might actualy turn blue. Yes, all of that is normal. Semen is thicker than pre-ejaculate, but both would be stringy if you were to play with it between your fingers. And for better or for worse, both are kind of like mucus in their texture and consistency.
